Preloved items are baby products that have been previously owned and gently used. Every item we offer has been fully reconditioned by our in-house team to ensure it meets high standards for safety, hygiene, and functionality.
What does “reconditioned” mean?
Our reconditioning process includes:
- Thorough safety and functionality checks
- Deep cleaning with baby-safe products
- Replacement or repair of any worn or damaged parts
- Careful repackaging (original box where possible, or Cheeky
Rascals packaging)
How do you describe the condition of preloved items?
We use a simple grading system to help you shop with confidence:
- Like New – Hardly used, no visible signs of wear, may
include original packaging - Good – Clearly used but well-maintained, with minor cosmetic
marks
The condition grade will always be clearly listed on the product page.
Do preloved items come with a warranty?
Yes. All preloved items come with a 6-month functionality guarantee from the date of delivery.

Can I return a preloved item?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy, provided the item is unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is faulty.
