For Reconditioned & Preloved Baby Items

At Cheeky Rascals, we know how important it is to access great-quality baby gear without breaking the bank—or the planet. That’s why we’re proud to offer a curated selection of reconditioned preloved items that are safe, reliable, and ready for their next adventure.

What Does “Reconditioned” Mean?

All preloved items we sell go through our Reconditioning Process, which includes:

• Full safety and functionality checks
• Deep cleaning with baby-safe products
• Replacement or repair of worn parts (where needed)
• Repackaging (original box if available, or Cheeky Rascals-branded packaging)

Each item is certified by our in-house team to meet our strict standards for quality, safety, and hygiene.

Item Conditions & Grading

We use a clear grading system to describe the condition of every preloved product:

• Like New: Hardly used, no visible signs of wear, may come in original packaging
• Good: Clearly used but well-maintained, with minor cosmetic imperfections

The specific grade will always be listed on the product page to help you shop with confidence.

Warranty & Returns

• 30-Day Return Policy: You can return preloved items within 30 days, provided they are unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
• 6-Month Functionality Guarantee: We guarantee that preloved items will function as described for at least 6 months from the date of delivery.
• Note: Cosmetic wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is faulty.

Packaging & Accessories

• Original packaging and accessories will be included if available.
• If not, your item will be safely packed in eco-conscious Cheeky Rascals packaging.
• Any missing accessories or compatible parts will be clearly noted on the product page.

Pricing & Promotions

• All preloved items are excluded from promotional discounts and discount codes.
• Prices are set based on condition, availability, and demand, and are non-negotiable.
• Preloved products may occasionally be included in dedicated clearance events, which will be clearly marked.

Limited Availability

Preloved items are typically one-of-a-kind and may not be restocked. If you see something you love, we recommend acting quickly—once it’s gone, it’s gone!

Important Disclaimers

• Preloved items may show signs of prior use, including minor cosmetic blemishes or light wear, which will be described in the product listing.
• While we take great care in our inspection and reconditioning process, small signs of wear are to be expected and do not affect the safety or functionality of the product.
