We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Please note:
- Unwanted returns are at your cost
- A £4.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund once processed
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

How do I return an item?
To make a return, please visit our returns portal:

Simply enter your order number and the delivery postcode used for your order, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Please ensure items are securely packaged and returned within 30 days of purchase.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- With all original packaging and tags intact
Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes, unwanted items are returned at your cost.
If you use our returns label, a £4.99 fee will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.
This applies to items returned because you’ve changed your mind or no longer need the item.
How much will be deducted from my refund?
For unwanted returns, the £4.99 return label cost will be deducted from your refund.
Example:
- Refund value: £40.00
- Return label deduction: £4.99
- Refund received: £35.01
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing usually takes up to 7 working days
- Please note that delivery charges may only be refunded where applicable
Will I receive a refund for my original delivery charge?
If your item is returned within 30 days, unused and in original condition, the product price will be refunded.
Original delivery charges are refunded only where applicable, in line with our returns policy.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or develops a fault:
- Please contact us before returning the item
- We may request photos or a short video to assess the issue
Depending on the situation, we will offer:
- A repair
- A replacement
- Or a full refund (including delivery, where applicable)
In these cases, a returns label may be provided at no cost.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following cannot be returned as unwanted items:
- Items that have been used
- Products not in original packaging
- Clothing that has been worn or washed
- Feeding products or machines that have been used with water or formula. These items may only be returned if faulty.
What condition must items be returned in?
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all accessories, instructions, and tags included
Items returned in an unsaleable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
