If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we’ll exchange it, replace it or refund your money within 30 days of purchase.

• We will accept returns for 12 months from the date of purchase if a product is returned unused, in the original packaging, and in a sell-able condition. You will receive a full refund including the original shipping fee paid (this will not include any expedited delivery charges) for the first 30 days. After 30 days you will receive a refund for the product only.
• If the item has been opened and is deemed no longer in a sell-able condition but is within 30 days of purchase, a refund can only be in the form of a credit of the amount of the original purchase price including the original shipping fee paid (this will not include any expedited delivery charges). If the product is outside of the 30 days hassle-free time scale your warranty conditions will apply
