4. Amending or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Once an order has entered processing or been despatched, changes may not be possible.

 

5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel:

Notify us in writing within 30 days
Return items unused, in original condition and packaging
Once returned and inspected, we will refund:

• The cost of the goods
• Standard delivery charges (where applicable)
• Refunds are issued within a reasonable time after receipt of returned items.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Delivery charges may not be refundable
• Unwanted returns may be subject to a return label cost deduction

7. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

If an item is faulty or not as described:

Please contact us promptly

We may request images or further information
In line with consumer law, we will offer:

• A repair
• A replacement
• Or a full refund, including delivery and reasonable return costs

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

 

8. Prices & VAT

All prices:

• Are displayed in GBP (£)
• Include VAT where applicable
• If VAT rates change between order and dispatch, the VAT amount will be adjusted accordingly.

10. Payment

We accept payment by:

• PayPal
• Payment is taken when your order is ready for despatch. PayPal may authorise funds earlier.

 

Pre-Orders

If you place a pre-order, payment will be taken at the time the order is placed, rather than at despatch.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The item is not yet in stock
• The estimated despatch date is provided as guidance only
• Delivery dates may change due to circumstances beyond our control
• If there is a significant delay or the product becomes unavailable, you will be contacted and offered the option to cancel your pre-order for a full refund.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

 

11. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout.

While we aim to meet stated delivery times, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control do not make us liable for compensation.

 

12. Price Match Policy

We offer price matching on identical products sold by UK online retailers, subject to conditions including:

• Same product and model
  In stock with the competitor
  Request made within 7 days of purchase
  Full terms apply.

 

13. Product Information

We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

However:

Images are for illustration purposes only
Minor variations may occur
Specifications may change without notice
This does not affect your legal rights.

 

14. Product Availability & Substitutions

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed:

We may offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value
You will be contacted before any substitution is made
You may decline and receive a full refund.
