If accepted as a Cheeky Rascals Campaign influencer, you agree to:  

Maintain an active membership for the duration of the agreement and represent the brand to the best of your ability whilst maintaining an active relationship with the Cheeky Rascals social media accounts.

Brand Ambassador Participation Requirements:

• Must post the amount of agreed content through the campaign month with the designated brand product in use 
• Must tag @cheeky_rascals in all posts plus other social media tags if the brand has its own account (e.g babybrezza_uk and @fred_safety)  
• Must commit to reviewing and adhering the Influencer Brief Campaign Guidelines before creating any content  
• Release of photo rights so Cheeky Rascals can repurpose posted photos on our social media, websites, print materials and advertisements. Usage includes unlimited duration and worldwide rights, including other retailer usage.  

In order to meet the guidelines for our Medically-Certified Owlet product, we kindly ask that you review the following criteria before we move forward, as there are specific requirements related to the content we can share:

• Footage must include the baby sleeping independently in a cot or bassinet
• The cot should be free of bumpers, mobiles, toys, or other items, such as loose blankets.
• Your baby is between 0-12 months old (the product is suitable up to 18 months, but this gives you some time to enjoy it).
• You are comfortable with Owlet Baby Care, Cheeky Rascals Ltd, and approved third parties sharing your content.
• Your baby is able to sleep on their back during filming.
