Free Delivery on orders over £50
Spend over £50 for free delivery within most of the UK mainland.
Delivery charges apply to all orders to the Scottish Highlands, any islands (including Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands) and Northern Ireland.
Standard Delivery
Where the item(s) ordered are all in stock, 99% of orders are despatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. For most of the UK mainland, you can expect your delivery 2 to 5 days after placing an order (depending on whether your order is despatched via courier or Royal Mail). Deliveries further afield may take considerably longer.
Next Day Delivery is NOT CURRENTLY available.

Delivery Terms
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date provided in the dispatch confirmation we sent to you, unless delays occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Subject to your statutory cancellation rights, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products caused by such circumstances—including any failure in our guaranteed next-day delivery service—except that we will refund any difference between the cost of standard delivery and any guaranteed next-day delivery charge. If there is a delay, we will notify you with a revised estimated delivery date.
We aim to deliver all items in a single shipment unless you request otherwise. We reserve the right to deliver your order in separate instalments if necessary, for example, due to delays on specific items. If you request delivery in instalments, we may apply additional delivery charges at our discretion.
Delivery must be made to a valid UK residential or business address. We do not deliver to third-party international freight forwarders, parcel forwarding companies, hotels, or temporary/proxy addresses. Orders sent to such addresses may be cancelled or delayed, and any associated risk is your responsibility.
Delivery is considered complete when the products are delivered to the address you provided at checkout. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions to rearrange delivery. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
If you request that the courier (e.g., DPD) leave your delivery in a safe place at your property, you accept responsibility for the products from the moment they are placed there. We will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage once the products have been delivered to the safe location you requested.
We take reasonable care to ensure that products and packaging leave our premises in good condition. If packaging is visibly damaged on arrival and you suspect the product may also be damaged, you should refuse delivery and ask the courier to return the item to us. If you accept delivery despite visible damage, you should record the damage in writing with the courier and photograph the packaging before opening.
Please notify us immediately—and no later than 7 days after delivery—by calling 01730 895761 or emailing help@cheekyrascals.co.uk if any product is damaged upon opening. Please also refer to our warranty terms and the Faulty Products section above.
All risk in the products (including risk of loss or damage) passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products transfers to you once full payment has been received, including any applicable delivery charges.
When your order arrives
We take the best possible care to make sure that your order and its packaging leaves our warehouse in good condition. If when your delivery arrives, you find that the outer packaging is damaged and you suspect that the products inside are also likely to be damaged, you should not accept the delivery and should hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you decide to accept a delivery where the packaging is damaged, you must inform the courier in writing of the damaged packaging when you sign for the delivery, take a photo of the damage before opening your parcel, and Contact Us immediately.

Delivery details
We ask customers to ensure that they make their claim within a reasonable length of time. Claims for courier items (e.g. DHL consignments) that have not been delivered cannot be processed if reported to us 10 days after the original order date.
Please note that claims for lost Royal Mail outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for a delay in the post, generally 15 working days.
Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived in the expected delivery time and we will take a closer look. You may be advised to complete and sign a non-receipt of delivery form whilst we set investigations in progress. This will help us should we need to report the incident to the Authorities at any stage of the investigation.
