Strategic Director

Back in 1986 when I started this adventure Cheeky Rascals was just me so I obviously did everything. Now, my role is increasingly a strategic one, guiding the business to meet the latest set of challenges and getting to grips with new product ranges. In addition, I still run the financial and systems side of things – most recently coordinating what has been a superhuman effort by the team in putting this new website together.

Outside of work I find myself constantly on the move – exercise compensating for a lot of sitting down at my desk. Weekends and evenings are filled with outdoor activities with Simon and (as much as possible now that they are adults) our 3 boys – kayaking, hiking, cycling, squash etc. Our holidays are always active ones too; whatever sport is appropriate for the time of year, together with some big charity bike rides. As downtime, I am a keen veg grower so love my time in the garden followed by cooking it up creatively for family and friends. Now that we have 2 grand-daughters, I am introducing them to the delights of home-grown veg, and of course have some great new testers for our products.

Managing Director

I’ve been involved with the business from the beginning, but for the first few years I did evenings and weekends, packing boxes and going to Trade Shows, while the day job paid the mortgage. The company grew, and we decided to see if Selina and I could work together full time. We are still in business and married, which is obviously good!

I manage the business on a day to day basis with a focus on all the commercial aspects. I love working with people and helping them to develop their skills, which is immensely satisfying and relatively easy to do in an environment that is constantly growing and changing.

I enjoy swimming and cycling to keep fit. I also organise our local Triathlon once a year which is fun and raises money and awareness of Petersfield based charity, Fitzroy.

Marketing Director

My role as Marketing Director is a busy one. I am responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of our brands and products. With a big portfolio this is no mean feat.  Day to day we get involved creating marketing and social media strategies and guidelines, planning and launching new products, exhibitions and creating lots of lovely content with the help of our expert friends.

My daughter, husband and I enjoy holidays, swimming, cycling, visiting historic houses  and long Sunday morning walks. I am not ashamed to say I love a bit of trashy reality TV and to relax, I like to enjoy a good book in peace!

Sales Director

I joined Cheeky Rascals as their Sales Director on Valentine’s day 2017 and it’s been love ever since! I have been in the baby products industry since 2000 and am passionate about bringing products to market that are unique, useful, high quality and innovative. I love searching for new ideas that will make parents’ lives easier and Cheeky Rascals is the perfect platform for doing so. The company has a fantastic ethos and a really strong and dedicated team that I am proud to be part of.

I live with my husband and two children by the sea. At weekends (when the children aren’t booked up with play dates, parties and clubs) we take long walks in the countryside, normally heading to a country pub. We love our holidays too and spend as much time as possible in Tuscany, enjoying everything it has to offer! To keep healthy and relax I like nothing better than horse-riding across the downs and going to yoga classes.

Book-Keeper & Accounts

I joined the team in 2004 and together with my colleague Kerry we maintain the financial records for Cheeky Rascals. During my time here the company has grown significantly, as have my children, who are now off to College and University.

Accounts Clerk

After moving down to Hampshire from Essex I joined the fantastic cheeky team in 2019, I work in the accounts department alongside Donna helping maintain the financial records. 

When I am not in the office I am usually here, there and everywhere with my own two little rascals who love keeping me on my toes! I have just started volunteering at the local primary school listening to the children practice their reading.

Operations Manager

I joined the company in August 2008 and started my time at Cheeky Rascals in Accounts but my role has grown significantly since then. In 2019 I took over managing the customer services team which has progressed into the current Operations team.

We cover all incoming and outgoing deliveries, compliance and customer service, along with many other duties. I enjoy the diversity of my team’s responsibilities and being able to help with a whole range of topics.

In my down time I enjoy travelling, cinema and spending time with my family, my friends and my cats.

Product Compliance

I started in 2004 working in customer services.  Over the years I have spent time in our marketing department, our warehouse, and I’m now back in our Operations team.

I love spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors or holidaying in the sun.

Logistics

I joined the Cheeky Rascals team in July 2021 to coordinate the Inbound shipping logistics and look after the outbound deliveries to our trade and Ireland customers.

When I am not at work I am either running round keeping up with my family and friends, in the theatre, or planning my next travel adventure. 

Operations

I started at Cheeky Rascals in 2023 and my role involves managing the outbound deliveries for our major trade and Ireland based customers. I also support customer service and handle credit control.

In my spare time I enjoy making arts and crafts projects and I love a cosy night in watching tv & movies. I also like the great outdoors and going on little
getaways to interesting historic towns.

Customer Service

I have been a Cheeky Rascal since September 2021. Working in Customer Support, working closely with the Cheeky Customers.

Mum of two teenage girls keeping me on my toes. When not dealing with day-to-day cheeky queries, you will find me at home, with my family dancing and singing in the kitchen or socialising/hiking with my friends. I am at my happiest when December comes around celebrating Christmas.

Customer Service

After completing my Business Admin Apprenticeship in October 2022, I now work on Customer Support for Cheeky Rascals. I am always learning so much about the company, my job role and our customers. I hope to continue learning in the coming years.

When I am not at work, I like to bake cakes for my family and colleagues. As an Arsenal & England fan, I love going to Women’s Football matches at weekends. Christmas is my favourite time of the year, I always start planning in October!

Customer Service Apprentice

I joined Cheeky Rascals in July 2024 as a customer services
apprentice I work closely with Tracey and Sophie on the day to day. I am
learning a lot about the company, the customers, and my role in customer
services. I hope to keep leaning over the years.

Outside of work I like to watch Formula One supporting my
favourite team which is McLaren. I also enjoy watching films with my friends.

Senior Marketing Executive

I joined Cheeky Rascal in March 2024. I am involved with many projects across the marketing team and support the sales team with our B2B relationships and product listings.

My free time is split between reading a good book, walking with my dog, and cycling. During the warmer months, I also enjoy an early morning sea swim!

Ecommerce Manager

I have been with Cheeky Rascals since July 2019. I maintain our presence on our e-commerce platforms and I am involved with many projects in the marketing team, including email campaigns, advertising and retailer brand asset communications.

When I am not working, I enjoy playing my musical instruments and spending time with my close friends, family and two cats.

Ecommerce Executive

I have been at Cheeky Rascals since late 2022. As a ecommerce executive, I help to maintain our ecommerce channels including supporting Heidi with Amazon. I also control our email campaigns to our trade and consumer customers!

In my spare time I love to watch and play football!

Digital Design & Marketing Executive

In this role, I support our graphic designer, Emma, in the creation of digital and print assets for Cheeky Rascals and the various brands we distribute. This ranges from digital assets for websites, social media, and presentations to print media, like leaflets and artwork for our trade and consumer shows.

Since joining the company as an apprentice in 2022, I have continued to grow and develop my skills in design and stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to make sure we’re always up to date.

Graphic Designer

After graduating from the University for the Creative Arts with a BA Honours degree I have been working in the graphic design industry for the past 8 years. I joined Cheeky Rascals in September 2015 after realising my passion lies in the nursery industry and I have been busy working on a variety of different projects from branding and packaging to advertising and marketing communications.

When I’m not at work I am constantly busy making all sorts of arts and crafts, I love to shop and go on holiday, and occasionally you will find me in the gym or trying a new work out video!

Social Media Executive
I joined Cheeky Rascals in May 2023, and I am really enjoying it so far! In my day-to-day, I help run the social media accounts as well as organising upcoming influencer campaigns. I enjoy going to spin classes and catching up with friends over food and drinks.

When I am not working, I love going on walks and catching up on some reality tv!

Account Manager

I joined Cheeky Rascals in the summer of 2019, having spent two years within the nursery industry. I look after all northern accounts selling our products into leading independent nursery stores.

As you can see from my bio picture, I’m an identical twin! (I actually don’t know which baby is me!) My spare time is spent socialising, enjoying good food and drink and am also a lover of a holiday or two.

Business Development

I joined Cheeky Rascals in August 2019 and immediately knew I was going to enjoy my role here. The Cheeky Rascals team are such a friendly bunch and I love the range of baby and nursery products we deal with – all of them have something truly unique to offer! My previous Account Management roles have been primarily in the publishing sector with HarperCollins and Wiley and also with Made by Oomph! focusing on the supply of wristbands and ticketing for festivals and events worldwide using the latest fintech cashless payment systems.

Out of work, I love spending time with my husband and two grown up children. I also enjoy walking in the local countryside, catching up
with friends in our local village pub, going to music festivals and exploring new places.

Warehouse Manager

I only started with Cheeky Rascals in Jan 2021 but already I feel part of the family. Having had over 40 years of warehousing experience, I joined the team to pass on some of my knowledge and help with the recent warehouse move. I now get involved in sorts. From picking and packing, to unloading containers, repacking returns and creating pallet space !! 

I love football and beer and try and travel as much as I can with my lovely wife and young daughter. 

Warehouse Supervisor

I started working at Cheeky Rascals in  February 2020. I am involved in most of the warehouse roles from picking and packing, restocking our pick locations, unloading of containers by hand and lorry’s by forklift.

My interests are football(watching not playing). I enjoy reading and also listening to music. Family are a big thing to me and I have 1 son called James who is autistic and have a condition called micro deletion syndrome and he is my absolute world. 

Warehouse Operative

My role at cheeky rascals is all round warehouse worker I pick pack make up pallets and more.

In my free time I like going out and seeing my mates.

Warehouse Operative - Returns

My main role is in the returns department. I am also being trained in all aspects of the warehouse.

In my spare time I like to walk and go to the gym.
