Dear Cheeky Rascals, After being recommended Cheeky Rascals nursery products by a friend, I came onto your site and it was a breathe of fresh air! An easy to navigate site with fantastic products - hard to come by! I just bought a Fertile Mind Bando and it is the most comfortable belly band ever - and really great value for money! | I just wanted to say thank you for my recent order from Cheeky Rascals. I emailed enquiring about a part for my buggy board. The lady said to call so we could decide exactly which part it was I needed. The lady I spoke to, Suzanne, was very courtious and helpful. She ordered my part and it was with me in two days. I haven't had such professional quick service in years. Thank you it is nice to see that some companies still operate great customer service. Once again thank you to everyone who dealt with my order.
