Inspired by three dads Nick, Matt and Matt – Rockit is on a mission to help babies sleep longer!

Founder Nick discovered that his three month old daughter would always wake when her pram stopped moving. After some time, he soon discovered that he was not the only parent experiencing this issue. This is where the Rockit sleep solution began.

The first protype of the much-loved Rockit was tested on his daughter’s pushchair and Nick discovered that soothing side-to-side motion helped to keep her asleep even when they stopped moving.  After this revelation the two Matt’s joined to help develop the Rockit you know today. But it didn’t end there…

How does the Rockit fit to the pushchair?

Using the universal bracket which is supplied with every Rockit, this can stay permanently fitted to the pushchair but can also be repositioned and removed if required.

Does the Rockit work with all pushchairs?

Rockit has been tested on 99% of pushchair brands, which all fit due to the universal bracket. However there are always new products hitting the market, so we can’t guarantee that Rockit will fit all pushchairs.

What age can I use the Rockit with?

The Rockit is suitable for use with children from birth, up until around 3 years old.

Is the rocking motion safe?

Yes. We have based the rocking motion on the way parents rock their children by hand. Scientific tests show the vibration level closely mimics the normal hand rocking of a pushchair and the subtle yet soothing movement is gentler than a pushchair moving over paving stones.

Why is there a 30 minute timer on the Rockit?

The Rockit is not designed to keep a child asleep for an extended period. It is meant to be a helping hand to soothe a baby and help them drift off to sleep or maintain their sleep when the pushchair/pram stops.
