Keeping fit and healthy in pregnancy is essential for mums and babies - we don't often hear (or adhere to) the old adage of eating for two these days! Enjoying those months, whilst you are creating a new life, is a must but if you're looking for hints and tips on the right exercise then read on. With her food and nutrition businesses she has been responsible for getting many women back in to shape post-baby including celebrities such as the gorgeous Denise Van Outen. Jennifer compares becoming a new mum with running a marathon and believes that one should continue to exercise throughout pregnancy to make sure baby and you are the healthiest you can be.
