At Cheeky Rascals we are all about empowering parents to get the most out of their parenting journey. With this in mind, we work with lots of amazing experts in all things parenting to bring you helpful advice, hints and tips that can help you find the answer that works for you.
We are excited to announce that our new Cheeky Rascals Expert is Katie Hilton, an experienced Midwife and Health Visitor, who is on hand to answer all your questions about pregnancy, labour, caring for your newborn and establishing a good routine from day one.
Katie Hilton graduated with an RN Dip HE in Adult Nursing from Staffordshire University and went on to study for her BSc Hons Midwifery qualification. Katie started her career as a Midwife in Wolverhampton before moving to Staffordshire, Cambridge and then overseas to Vancouver in Canada. During this time Katie was employed as a registered Perinatal Nurse in a busy hospital and worked in both Labour Delivery Postpartum and the Neonatal Care Unit.
More recently, Katie returned to the UK to work as a Midwife in Labour and Delivery and then went on to complete her MSc SCPHN Health Visitor qualification at the University of Wolverhampton. In her varied career to date, Katie has built up an extensive knowledge of all areas of obstetrics, child and family health and is an avid believer in facilitating choice and empowering parents.
