I am brand new to Cheeky Rascals, joining the customer service department in June 2016. However, for the last 9 years I have worked in warehousing/customer services for a large music retailer, specialising in instruments for schools and little ones.
As a drummer of 14 years I have now become a part time drum teacher, and my spare time, I like to play my guitar, play gigs with my band and generally relax and enjoy the simple things in life.
I started out in 2004, working in customer services. Having spent a few years in our marketing department, I'm back with the customer services team, which I love.
My two boys keep me very busy with various sporting activities and I also run the 1st Petersfield Cub Pack. When I get a chance I love spending time with my husband and boys, swimming, and socialising with friends.
I sell our fabulous ranges into shops and then help those shops to sell the products through to parents! There are many aspects to my job including: merchandising; general sales; business advice; stock control and product training.
I enjoy spending time with my three children. I'm also quite sporty and love mountain biking, both downhill and cross-country, surfing, snowboarding ( not as often as I would like!) and eating good food!
I joined Cheeky Rascals as their Sales Director on Valentine’s day 2017 and it’s been love ever since J!! I have been in the baby products industry since 2000 and am passionate about bringing products to market that are unique, useful, high quality and innovative. I love searching for new ideas that will make parents’ lives easier and Cheeky Rascals is the perfect platform for doing so. The company has a fantastic ethos and a really strong and dedicated team that I am proud to be part of.
When I’m not playing with children’s products at work I’m playing with them at home as I have two very cheeky little rascals of my own who keep my husband and I very busy! We live by the sea and enjoy long walks, playing in the garden, going out for meals and we are all partial to a good holiday or two in the sun. I love horse-riding and I can’t wait for my children to get old enough to get more involved with fun (and work!) on the farm!
After graduating from the University for the Creative Arts with a BA Honours degree I have been working in the graphic design industry for the past 8 years. I joined Cheeky Rascals in September 2015 after realising my passion lies in the nursery industry and I have been busy working on a variety of different projects from branding and packaging to advertising and marketing communications.
When I’m not at work I am constantly busy making all sorts of arts and crafts, I love to shop and go on holiday, and occasionally you will find me in the gym or trying a new work out video!
I started work life as builder at 16 and continued to build and landscape for 10 years. At that point I felt I needed a change and my poor tired body needed a rest.
I have now worked the Cheeky Rascals warehouse for the last 4, 1/2 years and now Running the show for the last 11 months and loving life. I am a keen drummer in my spare time and a retired BMX bike rider. However my passion in life is tuning and modifying performance cars And taking them out on the track.
I started with Cheeky Rascals in January 2015, and I am delighted to be part of the Cheeky Rascals Team. My main role will be to develop new brands here within Cheeky Rascals, and to grow our existing Business clients and product ranges.
We are keen here at Cheeky Rascals to bring innovation and design to the forefront of all our products and so with our wealth of manufacturing and distribution knowledge we can help you design and make a product, making your dreams a reality. Do contact me - we want to help!
I joined the Cheeky Rascals family at the end of 2017 and I support the Marketing team, looking after our social media platforms and running our Influencer Programme.
When I'm not at Cheeky Rascals HQ, I am totally outnumbered by my husband and two very energetic little boys, but wouldn’t have it any other way. I love doing anything creative and have a passion for art, fashion and interior design.
I am also a huge foodie, have a keen interest in health and fitness and am a self-confessed sun worshiper!
I joined the company in August 2008 to support Donna in accounts but my role has grown significantly and changed a lot also in the time I have been here and now I deal with returns as well as credit control.
I enjoy cinema with friends or the kids (who aren’t kids anymore and can watch proper films!), getting together for a nice girl’s meal out or doing a pub quiz when I get a chance. You can never learn too much! I also enjoy a nice break by popping over to Malta to see the in-laws!
My role is quite varied. I make sure that our administration system and computer software is working as it should be, I help to develop and improve our in house systems and build and maintain this website which brings lots of technical challenges! I am also responsible for keeping you all up to date with what's happening at Cheeky HQ via emails and newsletters (well, the techy bit!).
My daughter, husband and I enjoy holidays, swimming, cycling, visiting historic houses (thank goodness for our National Trust membership!) and long Sunday morning walks. I am not ashamed to say I love a bit of trashy reality TV and to relax, I like to enjoy a good book in peace!
I started Cheeky Rascals in April 2017 moving down from Manchester. I work in the marketing department with Leonie in order to maintain and update our websites, keep on top of any technical issues and keep an eye on our online listings.
When I am not at work I am an avid pub goer and Manchester United fan, also don’t mind spending an evening hammering FIFA with my friends.
I started at Cheeky Rascals in June 2015, having come from a varied customer service background, which included Hospitality and Stationary. Due to having a toddler, I was very excited about working in the nursery industry and joining the Cheeky Rascal’s team.
When I’m not at work you can find me, either chasing after my daughter (and putting things back in the right place!), baking in the kitchen or out with friends and family.
As part of the Customer Service team, my role is to help you with any queries that you may have, so please feel free to contact us at any time.
When I started at Cheeky Rascals in March 2010, the nursery industry was very new to me, having previously worked in pharmaceuticals. However, this involved working with a client base ranging from small independent shops to very large and well-known companies – very similar to my role now. I’m responsible for north Wales, Scotland, the Midlands and North of England. I also help with merchandising, stock control, forecast ordering, and general business advice – I can help grow our business together.
I love shopping and booking holidays, which will come as no surprise to my friends and colleagues.
I joined our sales team in November 2017 and am really enjoying selling our fabulous product range. Whilst new to Cheeky Rascals my love for the Nursery Industry started when I left school and carried my husband and I through choosing our own favorite products for two little boys; now two and four.
Family time is spent at our home in Derbyshire exploring the beautiful countryside with our springer spaniel; two boys and one excited pup make for many days spent jumping in muddy puddles! I love to spend time in my garden, with a goal of becoming as self-sufficient as possible and if my husband ‘allowed’ I would have as many animals as possible (a goat would be far more enjoyable than a lawn mower!).
My role now is largely a strategic one in guiding the business to meet the latest set of challenges and getting to grips with new product ranges. In addition, I run the financial and systems side of things – most recently coordinating what has been a superhuman effort by the team in putting this new website together.
Outside of work I find myself constantly on the squash court during weekday evenings, and the weekends are filled with outdoor activities with Simon and our 3 boys - sailing, walking, cycling etc. Our holidays are always active ones, skiing, surfing, canoeing, hiking, whatever is appropriate for the time of year. I also am a keen veg grower so love spending time in our garden.
I started at Cheeky Rascals in February 2017, I have come from a largely Building/Labouring/Retail background and am enjoying the change of pace that working in a warehouse provides.
When not at work I am either usually shooting (Recurve Archery), playing computer games or chasing after my whirlwind of a daughter who is either wrecking the house or just being a straight up savage!
As part of the warehouse team it is my job to ensure that your items are correctly picked, lovingly packaged and sent to you in a timely manner.
I’ve been involved with the business from the beginning, but for the first few years I did evenings and weekends, packing boxes and going to Trade Shows, while the day job paid the mortgage. The company grew, and we decided to see if Selina and I could work together full time. We are still in business and married, which is obviously good!
I manage the business on a day to day basis with a focus on all the commercial aspects. I love working with people and helping them to develop their skills, which is immensely satisfying and relatively easy to do in an environment that is constantly growing and changing.
I enjoy swimming and cycling to keep fit. I also organise our local Triathlon once a year which is fun and raises money and awareness of Petersfield based charity, Fitzroy.
I joined the Cheeky Rascals Customer Service team in September 2003 and since 2005 I’ve been responsible for logistics and liaising with our warehouse. Always on the lookout for a good deal, I am also responsible for all purchasing!
With two grown up children who have now fled the nest, when I'm not at work I enjoy dancing, going to gigs, eating out or relaxing at home with a glass of wine and a good book.
