International Deliveries

International delivery is only available for selected lines in certain countries, and a variable delivery charge will apply, dependent upon your location and the weight and volume of the order. The charge will be calculated during the checkout process, and you will know of the full delivery charges from ourselves before you confirm your order.

The products that can be shipped overseas are marked as available for International Delivery in your shopping basket. If International Delivery is not showing against the item, we will not be able to send it outside the UK.

We are happy to ship most products to wherever you happen to be, though there are restrictions to some destinations and for some products. We will be able to ship to any country except;

We cannot accept payments using debit or credit cards from certain countries so, if you are having trouble completing your order on-line, please Contact Us  for alternative means to pay.

International delivery orders (particularly those outside of the EC) may be subject to import duties, taxes and other fees, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

 

Top Tip:

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the products and their packaging leave our premises in good condition.  If at the time of delivery, you find that the packaging of the products is damaged and you suspect that the products are also likely to be damaged, you should not accept the delivery and should hand it back to the courier to return it to us.  If you accept a delivery where the packaging is damaged, you must inform the courier in writing of the damaged packaging when you sign for the delivery, take a photo of the damage, and Contact Us immediately.
