Our Code of Conduct for Complaints

Our team tries to ensure that you enjoy the very best service from Cheeky Rascals but if you are unhappy with our products or services please tell us so that we can try to put things right as quickly as possible.

Making a complaint

In the first instance, please contact our Customer Services team either on 01730 895761, or by e-mail on info@cheekyrascals.co.uk

The team will try to resolve your problem immediately on the phone or within 1 working day if you contact us by e mail. However, some issues may need further investigation and/or referral to a Manager or Specialist, in which case the team will let you know when they will next contact you.

Escalating a complaint

If you feel that we have been unable to resolve your complaint and you are still dissatisfied, please write to our Directors, Selina & Simon:
