Echanges and Returns
We want you to be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are unhappy or would like to return something, then please contact the customer service team to discuss and to request an exchange or returns number (this does not affect your statutory rights).
Please note that we are unable to process an exchange or return without a returns number. Many products can be repaired without being returned to us, so please always telephone us before returning an item as it may mean that we can quickly replace a part for you.
Unsuitable Items for Exchange or Refund (purchased from Cheeky Rascals)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This period of time is known as the "cooling-off period".
1. You may return items to us for refund or exchange. This is absolutely fine but please return to us along with proof of purchase and ensure that the goods in their original state, unused and in the original packaging.
2 .Please contact us for a Returns Number either by calling us on 01730 895 761 or via email to returns@cheekyrascals.co.uk
3. Please return the item in its original packaging using the cheapest possible postage method to the address below, clearly marking the returns number that you have been given on the outside of your package. For your records, we do advise that you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in an exchange/refund request being refused.
4. With your returned item, please enclose a letter with:
• Your contact details (name, address, phone number)
• Your Cheeky Rascals Sales Order Number
• The Cheeky Rascals Returns Number
• The reason for return
5a) Exchanges – please include details of what you would like the item to be exchanged for.
5b) Refunds – we will refund you by original method of payment within 30 days of the original request for a refund.
Please Note: This is only possible if the goods were purchased from Cheeky Rascals directly. If not, you will need to contact where you purchased your item originally and discuss the procedure for return directly with them.
6. Cheeky Rascals are unable to refund postage costs i.e. the postage paid by you for the item to be returned to us, except where the return is the result of our own error.
Faulty Items
Where goods are faulty, we will either replace the faulty component or the complete item, subject to stock availability. All products must be within their guarantee period and accompanied by a proof of purchase. If we do not have a replacement immediately available or the item is discontinued, we will replace with a similar design.
For faulty items please follow the guidelines below:
1. Please contact us for a Returns Number either by calling us on 01730 895 761 or via email to returns@cheekyrascals.co.uk
2. Please return the item using the cheapest possible postage method to the address below, clearly marking the returns number that you have been given on the outside of your package. For your records, we do advise that you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in an exchange/refund request being refused.
3. With your returned item, please enclose a letter with:

• The Cheeky Rascals Returns Number
• Details of when & where the goods were purchased
4. Faulty products within their guarantee period will either be repaired or replaced at Cheeky Rascals’ discretion and returned to you.
5. Should you wish for a full refund, please note that this is only possible if the goods where purchased from Cheeky Rascals directly. If not, you will need to contact where you purchased your item originally and discuss the procedure for return directly with them.
6. A full refund for the faulty item will include the original cost of the returned item and reimbursement of reasonable postage costs for returning the goods. (For your records, we do advise that you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in an exchange/refund request being refused.)
