Tracking Your Order



Should you not have received your order, or need to know the estimated delivery time, please contact the customer services team and we will be happy to assist you. Please have either your order number or delivery post code to hand when contacting us.

Orders dispatched via Courier


Please remember to allow 2 working days for delivery from placing your order (stock permitting) and that the courier delivers Monday to Friday only. Orders dispatched by courier have consignment numbers allocated which can be tracked.

Orders dispatched via Royal Mail


Please remember to allow 5 working days for delivery from placing your order (stock permitting) and that Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. Orders dispatched by Royal Mail cannot be tracked. However, claims for lost deliveries can be made from Royal Mail 15 days after the order dispatch date. You will need to complete a Lost Delivery Form which can be obtained from customer services. Upon receipt of the completed Lost Delivery Form, we can dispatch a replacement order.
