BubbleBum is the cost-effective, portable, lightweight, brightly coloured, inflatable car booster seat.
A Group 2 and 3 booster seat is for children between 4 and 12 years of age, weighing 15-36 Kg (33-79lbs). Booster seats significantly improve car safety for children, yet persuading 'cool kids' to use one is often tricky. With a BubbleBum your child won't feel like a baby - it's fun, comfortable and the name will make them giggle.
Now includes a shoulder clip to position the seatbelt shoulder strap comfortably at the top of the child's shoulder. No rubbing, and even smaller children will be comfy every time.

BubbleBum weighs just 495g (1.1 lbs), and when inflated measures 33 x 33 x 12 cm (13 x 13 x 4.5 inches) - so for most cars you will be able to seat 3 children safely on the back seat (either 2 Group 0 car seats and 1 BubbleBum, or 3 BubbleBums), provided that there are 3 standard 3 point adult seatbelts.

Cleaning Instructions
We know how messy some little ones can be ..... Your BubbleBum is made from easy to clean material just in case it gets a bit grubby.
The cover should not be removed as it forms an integral part of the performance of the seat. It can be surface washed with a mild detergent and air dried. Do not iron the cover and do not tumble dry.

I was really pleased with my Bubblebum. It does exactly what it says on the tin, it’s a nice comfy bubble for your bum! It’s simple to transport as it folds down into a small carry bag which makes travelling so much easier with young ones. If I’m catching taxi’s or even leaving the kids with Nan it’s not too bulky or heavy to lug around with me and it also means Nan can take the kids out without the hassle of detaching bulkier, rigid car seats. It’s certainly made us more readily mobile as a family. Thumbs up! Good work Bubblebum!

This is a really great idea, an inflatable child's car booster seat which packs away into its own drawstring bag! Ideal for childminders, especially if you don't have your own young children as it can be packed away at weekends rather than filling the boot of your car or your garage with the solid, plastic booster seats, I know because we do it regularly! The Bubblebum is not as wide as a normal plastic booster so is much easier to fit alongside the larger baby car seats. On the right you can see two pictures, one is of a standard booster seat which will not fit the gap between two baby seats, yet the Bubblebum fits easily but is still large enough for an older child.

it's not a cheap-looking gadget, it's a real, comfortable and above all secure booster seat. It's really simple to inflate and only takes a few puffs but it's amazingly solid and doesn't feel like it's an inflatable seat at all. It's really comfortable to sit on because it has no hard edges and a huge advantage is that it's narrower than most booster seats. Anyone (like us) who has to fit three kids in the back of a car will know that this often poses a problem. We have a Renault Scenic which is quite roomy but even so, with Juliette and Pierre's car seats on the back seat, there's barely enough room for Sophie to squish in a booster seat and still have room to use the seatbelts. In fact, for this very reason, you are legally allowed to let a child travel without a booster or child restraint in the middle of the back seat if there is no room for the extra booster. The BubbleBum gets around this problem nicely. The fact that it doesn't have arm rests also makes it so much easier to get to the seatbelt buckles.

Having read a number of reviews, I was a little wary about this product. However, it was perfect for a recent trip to Spain. Fitted neatly into hand luggage. Inflated quickly and easily, positioned my son (four years) high enough for the seat belt not to cut into his neck (although an extra inch would have been useful) and he loved it. It didn't deflate over the week and rolled up small for the journey home. I haven't yet tried to get it back into its bag but I don't find this is a problem. I found it a good buy for our family.
